James F. Szaller, a cum laude Juris Doctor graduate of Cleveland
Marshall College of Law, has practiced law in the state of Ohio for over
25 years. He has worked hard for his clients, and they have received
tens of millions of dollars in compensation for injuries caused by
defective products, medical malpractice, or automobile accidents.
In
1996, for his efforts on behalf of injured Ohio consumers, the Ohio
Academy of Trial Lawyers awarded him their Distinguished Service Award.
He

numerous additional state and federal courts throughout the country. He
