            James F. Szaller, a cum laude Juris Doctor graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law, has practiced law in the state of Ohio for over 25 years. He has worked hard for his clients, and they have received tens of millions of dollars in compensation for injuries caused by defective products, medical malpractice, or automobile accidents.

            In 1996, for his efforts on behalf of injured Ohio consumers, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers awarded him their Distinguished Service Award.

            He has appeared in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, and numerous additional state and federal courts throughout the country. He has been the proud recipient of numerous awards, and is listed in the Millennium Edition’s of Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. He has authored, and has had published, many articles about the law.
